I was teaching at Yio Chu Kang secondary school and left on May 2026. I was the senior teacher for social studies. I have been teaching History, English and Social Studies for 30 years. I was from PLMGS pri and sec. Then went on to Temasek JC. After went to NTU to do BA in Education. Then did a Masters in Education at NTU too. I attained an A1 in O level English & majored in History and Linguistics. My teaching style is patient and highly student-focused. I adapt each lesson to suit individual learning needs, ensuring exam skills are clearly understood before moving forward. I also place strong emphasis on exam strategies and answering techniques. I have a structured oral skills package that ensures that students excel in the oral component.
